This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Create training programs tailored to diverse audiences.
• Develop and revise training materials, including presentations, guides, hands-on exercises, videos, and e-learning modules.
• Refresh content in accordance with product and regulatory updates.
• Work alongside the E-learning team to create digital training courses.
• Provide both in-person and remote training sessions.
• Instruct participants on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of HVAC control solutions.
• Organize and facilitate hands-on workshops.
• Modify content and technical complexity to meet participant needs.
• Evaluate learning outcomes and offer educational follow-up.
• Prepare and oversee the equipment necessary for training sessions.
• Keep abreast of technological advancements in the HVAC and building management systems (BMS) sectors.
• Engage in the launch of new products.
• Offer advanced technical support to sales teams and the technical department.
• Recognize field requirements and suggest improvements to the Training Manager.
• Measure participant satisfaction levels.
• Enhance training content and instructional methods.
• Contribute to the expansion of the training offerings.
• Higher education qualification (2–5 years of post-secondary study) in HVAC engineering, industrial automation, electrical engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, control systems, or building management/building automation systems (BMS/BAS).
• Initial experience in technical training is a considerable advantage.
• Ideally, possess strong knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water production systems.
• Ideally, possess strong knowledge of building control and automation systems.
• Ideally, have proficiency in communication protocols such as BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, or similar technologies.
• Ideally, have the ability to read electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Ideally, possess proficiency with office software and online learning platforms.
• Fluent French is mandatory.
• Spanish language skills would be beneficial.
• Extensive mobility within your designated area is crucial.
• Frequent travel to customer, partner, distributor, and training center locations is required.
