HVAC Technical Trainer – Control Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.

📋 Description

• Develop training programs customized for diverse audiences.

• Produce and revise training materials, which include presentations, manuals, practical exercises, videos, and e-learning modules.

• Refresh content to align with product updates and regulatory changes.

• Work alongside the E-learning team to create digital training initiatives.

• Conduct both in-person and remote training sessions.

• Instruct participants on the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of HVAC control systems.

• Organize and facilitate hands-on workshops.

• Tailor content and technical complexity to meet participants' requirements.

• Evaluate learning results and offer educational follow-ups.

• Prepare and oversee the necessary equipment for training activities.

• Stay updated on technological advancements in the HVAC and building automation industries.

• Engage in new product launches.

• Provide advanced technical support to sales teams and the technical service department.

• Identify field requirements and suggest enhancements to the Training Manager.

• Assess participant satisfaction.

• Enhance training content and instructional methods.

• Contribute to the expansion of the training offerings.

⛳️ Requirements

• Higher education qualification (two- to five-year degree) in HVAC engineering, automation, electrical engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, controls, or building automation and management systems.

• Previous experience in technical training is a significant advantage.

• Ideally, possess strong knowledge of heating, air conditioning, ventilation, and domestic hot water production systems.

• Ideally, have a solid understanding of building control and automation systems.

• Ideally, be proficient in BACnet, Modbus, KNX, MQTT, or similar protocols.

• Ideally, be capable of interpreting electrical and hydraulic schematics.

• Ideally, have proficiency with office software and online training platforms.

• Fluent French is essential.

• Spanish language skills are a plus.

• High mobility within your assigned territory is necessary.

• Willingness to travel extensively to customers, partners, distributors, and training facilities.

• Occasional travel to the headquarters in Spain may be required.

• Excellent communication skills are a must.
