Technical Trainer, Allplan

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Provide subject-specific tutoring remotely from your home office using WBS LearnSpace 3D®.

• Impart specialized knowledge of ALLPLAN for CAD-based construction planning.

• Utilize a variety of teaching methods to enhance learning.

• Conduct assessments to evaluate competency.

• Assist participants throughout an intensive qualification program aimed at becoming CAD specialists.

• Prepare participants to meet the demands of professional practice.

• Facilitate the development of professional skills and integration into the job market.

• Motivate and guide learners through practice-oriented education (Learning 4.0).

⛳️ Requirements

• Completed training or a degree in architecture, civil engineering, construction technology, or a related qualification.

• Minimum of three years of professional experience in this sector.

• ACP certification or a commitment to obtain it.

• Extensive knowledge of Allplan, especially concerning 2D elements, text, dimensioning, and symbols.

• Proficiency in 3D modeling, visualization, and BIM standards and processes.

• Familiarity with macros, SmartParts, renovation planning, structural engineering, and Visual Scripting.

• Experience in building structures, including the planning and construction of buildings, staircases, foundations, and roof structures.

• Understanding of BIM strategy and project management.

• Strong pedagogical skills and expertise in methodology and didactics.

• Independent and organized working style with a high level of personal accountability.

• Excellent command of German, the language of instruction (C2 level).

• Teaching qualification (trainer aptitude certification in accordance with AEVO or Train-the-Trainer) is desirable.
