Technical Team Lead

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee a team of software engineers to deliver top-notch technology solutions.

• Manage resource distribution with precise estimations and achieve utilization goals.

• Ensure compliance with time logging protocols.

• Actively assist engineers in removing obstacles and escalate technical challenges to the Head of Engineering.

• Notify the Project Manager and Head of Engineering regarding ticket estimate overruns.

• Track certification milestones and deadlines for all team members.

• Guarantee adherence to quality and security regulations.

• Manage work-in-progress cycle durations, code reviews, and QA schedules.

• Assign tasks following the 5 Levels of Leadership and best practices from Manager Tools.

• Engage in recruitment using the WHO method.

• Contribute to project success and the retention of engineering talent.

• Exhibit expertise in engineering quality and security standards.

• Show a proven ability to deliver quality software with zero significant defects or bugs upon release.

• Be familiar with the WHO method for hiring and talent acquisition.

• Have knowledge of Manager Tools best practices for retaining team members.

• Demonstrate the ability to implement delegation in line with the 5 Levels of Leadership.

• Commit to ongoing role certification and professional growth.

• Maintain rapid communication and meet stringent cycle-time targets.

• Must be a resident of Brazil.
