Technical Support Consultant, VPS & Trading

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide technical assistance through email and chat platforms

• Establish and nurture strong, long-term customer relationships

• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies

• Ensure the secure handling of sensitive customer information

• Implement customer satisfaction strategies

• Maintain a thorough knowledge of client solutions and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs)

• Collaborate effectively with developers and cross-functional teams

⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional English communication abilities, minimum C1 level

• Proven experience in a technical support capacity

• Background in VPS setup and management

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server administration

• Familiarity with TradingView, TradeStation, and NinjaTrader platforms

• Excellent analytical and research skills

• A positive, proactive, and responsible demeanor

• Personal computer with a minimum of 8 GB RAM

• Reliable internet connection with at least 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload speeds

• Experience with CRM systems is an advantage
