Technical Staff Member – Solution Architect, Evangelist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as the primary technical representative during client meetings, RFPs, and innovative project scopes.

• Engage in comprehensive discovery discussions and translate them into actionable scopes for research and delivery.

• Manage the upper and middle funnel by initiating conversations, securing technical wins, and shaping partnerships.

• Address objections in real-time during in-depth technical discussions with engineering and research teams.

• Foster the frontier-lab community within the Valley by organizing small, impactful events.

• Understand client requirements from post-training, safety, and security leaders, and set up meetings that attract clients.

• Represent Alice at conferences, analyst briefings, technical presentations, and collaborative research efforts.

• Relay market insights back to the company and take action based on them.

• Collaborate with the CTO to pinpoint emerging priorities and integrate them into the roadmap.

• Influence the agenda of AI Labs pods, as well as the priorities for AI security research and product development.

• Define how Alice operates in the Valley and act as the main contact on the ground.

• Conduct interviews for related roles, aid in regional hiring, and represent Alice in the local community.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience as a Principal Solution Architect.

• Extensive and up-to-date knowledge of AI systems security, including agents, tools, orchestration, data flow, guardrails, red teaming, and evaluations.

• Familiarity with the procurement processes of frontier labs and their interactions with vendors.

• Proven track record of converting research into market-ready products and generating revenue at scale.

• Established credibility among frontier-lab researchers.

• Comfortable serving as a public technical spokesperson.

• Based in the Bay Area with an active network within the Valley's AI and security community.

• Proficient in collaborating across the Israel time zone.

• Nice to have: practical experience with RL post-training, GRPO, agentic environments, or evaluation harness design.

• Nice to have: previous experience within a frontier lab, research organization, or vendor selling to such entities.

• Nice to have: experience as the first senior representative in a new geographical area.
