📋 Description

• Collaborate closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to pinpoint essential talent requirements across the organization.

• Develop a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for engineering and other technical positions.

• Coordinate with technical recruiters and engineering hiring managers.

• Utilize competitive intelligence, funnel metrics, and business insights to guide and influence technical talent decisions.

• Conceptualize, strategize, and execute effective sourcing methods using platforms such as social recruiting tools.

• Create, enhance, and manage sourcing plans for both current and future staffing needs.

• Leverage HRIS and ATS systems to construct sourcing pipelines, evaluate applicants, generate reports, and provide performance metrics data.

• Carry out additional responsibilities as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a dynamic technical sourcing environment, preferably in both corporate and agency contexts.

• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential.

• Strong skills in relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing.

• Capability to comprehend various technology stacks and their integration into broader product lines.

• Innovative thinking in sourcing, candidate management, and enhancing candidate experience.

• Proven ability to manage multiple searches concurrently.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.

• Familiarity with UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is an advantage.

• Availability to work Eastern Standard Time hours.

• Must be authorized to work remotely within the United States or Canada.
