This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Independently oversee the entire recruitment process, from aligning profiles to negotiating offers.
• Simultaneously manage several recruitment projects, ensuring adherence to deadlines and a positive experience for both hiring managers and candidates.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by challenging biases, presenting market insights, and crafting customized attraction strategies.
• Employ proactive sourcing methods (such as LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, etc.) to identify and connect with passive talent, particularly for crucial roles.
• Track recruitment KPIs and recommend data-driven action plans to enhance sourcing efficiency.
• Promote diversity in candidate shortlists by maintaining inclusive and diverse hiring practices.
• Oversee the Gupy ATS platform, ensuring data accuracy and the proper progression of candidates through each recruitment stage.
• Lead cross-departmental HR initiatives, including the deployment of new tools, the integration of AI in recruitment, and ongoing improvement projects.
• Become part of the Talent Acquisition team, assisting with engineering roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in recruiting and selecting candidates for technology roles, with the adaptability and expertise to manage positions across various domains.
• Proficiency in ATS platforms (preferably Gupy).
• Skilled in sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter).
• Background or strong interest in project management, process mapping, and continuous improvement.
• Proven organizational and operational capabilities, with a solid history of success in agile environments.
• Ability to offer innovative solutions grounded in situational analysis.
• Strong interpersonal abilities, enabling effective collaboration across different organizational tiers and with both technical and executive stakeholders.
• A genuine curiosity and eagerness to learn about new technologies and recruitment methods.
• Hands-on experience utilizing generative AI tools (such as ChatGPT, Copilot, Claude) to enhance recruitment and selection processes.
• Availability and interest in a temporary six-month role.
