Technical Recruiter, Manufacturing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete hiring process for manufacturing, industrial, quality, tooling, and production positions at both locations.

• Source and recruit technicians, manufacturing professionals, and leadership candidates within the manufacturing sector.

• Acquire knowledge and assess various manufacturing disciplines such as composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp-up.

• Attract talent from sectors including automotive, electric vehicles, consumer hardware, and high-rate industrial manufacturing.

• Develop the talent pipeline in Northwest Arkansas by collaborating with schools, trade programs, local manufacturers, veteran networks, and community partners.

• Proactively hire in anticipation of factory scale-up by fostering long-term relationships with candidates.

• Provide support to aircraft, supply chain, operations, and other teams when hiring volumes in manufacturing permit.

• Contribute to establishing the hiring framework for factories prior to their operational launch.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting.

• Significant recruiting experience within manufacturing, production, or hardware teams.

• Understanding of manufacturing disciplines such as composites, tooling, process development, and factory ramp-up.

• Experience in hiring during a factory launch, production ramp, or within a high-growth hardware environment.

• Capability to manage hiring processes across two distinct markets.

• U.S. citizenship, lawful permanent residency, protected individual status, or the ability to obtain necessary U.S. Department of State authorizations under ITAR.

• Must fulfill citizenship criteria to qualify for a U.S. security clearance.

• Previous recruiting experience at an EV, automotive, aerospace, or hardware company during a plant launch or ramp is advantageous.

• Experience in high-volume hiring for hourly and skilled trades alongside engineering roles is a plus.

• Familiarity with the manufacturing talent market in Northwest Arkansas or the Midwest is beneficial.

• Experience in supply chain or operations recruiting is a bonus.
