📋 Description

• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, and technical teams to pinpoint enterprise talent requirements

• Develop a pool of qualified candidates for engineering and other technical positions

• Coordinate with technical recruiters and engineering hiring managers

• Utilize competitive intelligence, funnel metrics, and business insights to inform technical talent decisions

• Conceptualize, strategize, and execute sourcing initiatives using social recruiting platforms

• Create, enhance, and oversee sourcing plans to address current and future hiring needs

• Employ HRIS and ATS systems to construct sourcing pipelines, evaluate applicants, generate reports, and deliver performance metrics

• Carry out additional responsibilities as necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in a dynamic technical sourcing environment

• Experience that ideally encompasses both corporate and agency contexts

• Extensive experience with LinkedIn Recruiter is essential

• Strong skills in relationship management, candidate management, and technical sourcing

• Ability to comprehend various technology stacks and their integration within broader product lines

• Innovative approach to sourcing, candidate management, and enhancing candidate experience

• Proven ability to handle multiple searches concurrently

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

• Familiarity with UKG/UltiPro, iCIMS, Greenhouse, or Lever is advantageous

• Must be available to work during Eastern Standard Time hours

• Must be capable of working remotely from within the United States or Canada
