Technical Solutions Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the technical workstream during customer launches.

• Define integration scopes at the kickoff stage.

• Facilitate coordination between customer IT teams and third-party vendors.

• Configure, deploy, and validate integrations prior to and following go-live.

• Implement integrations for current customers.

• Monitor the usage of integrations across the existing customer base.

• Serve as the technical liaison for implementation partners.

• Establish technical delivery schedules for partners.

• Assess partner configurations prior to go-live.

• Act as the quality assurance checkpoint for partner-delivered work.

• Collaborate with the integration engineering team to productize deployments.

• Enhance launch processes to increase speed and reduce manual tasks.

• Assist commercial teams during prospect and customer discussions.

• Conduct technical discovery sessions with customer developers.

• Aid in scoping and implementing integration requirements.

• Able to build relationships with developer teams and present effectively to stakeholders.

• Experience in managing data synchronization and technical integrations.

• Knowledge of APIs and integration patterns.

• Comfortable overseeing customer-facing technical deployments.

• Ability to collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, EPD, and Partners.

• Open to adapting to new tools, platforms, and methodologies.

• Proactive attitude when engaging with customers.

• Capable of working across a diverse technology stack.

• Proficient in managing ambiguity and complex technical deliveries.

• Skilled in coordinating efforts between customer IT teams and third parties.

• Experience with PMS and DMS integrations, such as Clio, Actionstep, NetDocuments, and iManage.
