Technical Solutions Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with clients to create and implement technical solutions that address business challenges.

• Work alongside business users and technical teams to collect requirements and convert them into efficient solutions.

• Develop, configure, and test integrations, APIs, and workflows across various platforms and tools.

• Diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Provide clear and concise explanations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Document technical designs, configuration processes, and best practices.

• Identify automation and optimization opportunities to enhance customer efficiency.

• Commit to ongoing learning and adaptation to new products, platforms, and integration tools.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in technical consulting, professional services, systems integration, solutions engineering, or systems engineering.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to quickly grasp complex systems and processes.

• Capable of effectively communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Self-motivated individual with resourcefulness and a passion for learning new technologies.

• Familiar with integration concepts, REST and SOAP APIs, JSON and XML data formats, and database platforms.

• Experience with cloud services such as AWS or Azure is advantageous.

• Prior experience with integration platforms like Boomi, MuleSoft, or SSIS is a plus.

• Knowledge of automation or RPA platforms such as UiPath, Microsoft Power Automate, or Playwright is desirable.

• Proficiency in SQL is a plus.

• Development experience in Python, C#, or Java is beneficial.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Power BI or Tableau is advantageous.

• Exposure to Databricks or Snowflake is desirable.

• Experience integrating AI tools and LLMs into customer workflows, including prompt design, API orchestration, and AI-assisted automations is a plus.

• Familiarity with ERP systems or similar enterprise platforms is beneficial.

• Candidates must currently reside in Canada and be legally authorized to work in Canada.
