Solutions Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with Sales during customer discovery conversations

• Conduct demonstrations and technical assessments to establish success criteria, architecture, and implementation strategies

• Take ownership of benchmarking and standardized deployments across LLMs, embeddings, image and video generation, and Voice AI

• Provide guidance on GPU and inference configuration trade-offs, such as H100s versus B200s and optimizing for latency versus throughput

• Ensure consistent playbook-style deployments for prevalent models and use cases

• Develop expertise in vLLM, SGLang, TRT-LLM, and their typical configurations and trade-offs

• Define POCs and synchronize stakeholders on timelines, deliverables, and subsequent actions

• Serve as the project manager for POCs

• Engage Forward Deployed Engineering support for more intricate technical tasks when necessary

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in AI/ML and the capability to discuss AI/ML topics credibly with technical stakeholders

• Excellent customer-facing communication abilities, including the skill to facilitate structured discovery and clarify unclear requirements

• Sufficient technical depth to scope solutions without the need to write production code

• Proficiency in scripting and prototyping as required, including comfort with "vibe coding" for swift technical workflows

• Experience in running or supporting benchmarks for ML inference deployments

• Understanding of infrastructure trade-offs affecting inference performance and cost, including GPU selection and latency versus throughput adjustments

• Proven experience as a cross-functional technical lead for customer POCs, coordinating effectively between Sales and Engineering
