Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Act as a reliable advisor to both business and technology stakeholders.

• Guide strategic conversations and establish solution visions that align with business goals.

• Oversee the comprehensive design of Salesforce solutions utilizing Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies.

• Convert business requirements into scalable, sustainable, and value-driven solutions.

• Facilitate discovery sessions and conduct functional workshops.

• Collect requirements, define business processes, and prioritize product backlogs.

• Design and document business processes using established frameworks and methodologies.

• Provide hands-on Salesforce configuration and prototyping as needed.

• Ensure adherence to Salesforce implementation best practices and platform governance throughout the project lifecycle.

• Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams across business, product, and technology domains.

• Partner with project managers to offer technical guidance, identify risks, and establish mitigation strategies.

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure effective communication and high-quality delivery.

• Mentor and coach Solution Architects, Business Analysts, and consultants.

• Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, and pre-sales activities as necessary.

• Engage in executive-level discussions and influence decisions with C-level stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects utilizing both waterfall and agile software development methodologies throughout the complete lifecycle, from planning to go-live.

• Proven track record as a Solution Architect delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions within complex digital transformation initiatives.

• In-depth knowledge of the Salesforce Platform, encompassing Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, and other Salesforce Clouds.

• Experience in designing scalable, secure, and maintainable Salesforce solutions across various clouds.

• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, declarative development, and best practices in solution architecture.

• Experience in consulting environments and leading customer-facing engagements.

• Comprehensive knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.

• Capability to balance business needs with technical considerations and assess trade-offs.

• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and presentation.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to address complex business and technical issues.

• Advanced or fluent English is required.

• Proficiency in Spanish is preferred.

• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools is highly desirable.

• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following sectors: Manufacturing, Automotive, Energy, Consumer Business Services, Utilities, Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Retail, Consumer Goods, Public Sector, Non-profit, or Education.
