This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Offer technical support to the Arrow ECS product team in advocating for approved market solutions.

• Assist business partners in choosing suitable solutions that meet the needs of end customers through various communication channels including email, phone, remote meetings, and on-site visits.

• Foster product and technology awareness among business partners and end customers via webinars, workshops, or conferences.

• Deliver technical assistance during proof-of-concept evaluations and solution deployments with end customers.

• Continuously enhance knowledge of the provided solutions and technologies.

• Engage in technical training and certification programs.

• Collaborate with technical engineers from solution vendors.

⛳️ Requirements

• A higher education degree in a technical field, ideally related to IT.

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence technologies (AI technologies).

• Proficiency in Ukrainian.

• Conversational English skills sufficient for understanding technical documentation, participating in training, and maintaining communication with international vendors.

• Certification in one of the IBM Software portfolio solutions (such as Watsonx, Maximo, Cognos, Instana, Turbonomic) will be an additional asset.

• A valid Category B driving license.
