This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Define the technical skills needed for field and partner roles in collaboration with Engineering, Professional Services, Solution Engineering, and instructional design teams.
• Take ownership of technical enablement initiatives for both pre-sales and post-sales teams, including the creation of implementation blueprints, demo environments, integration patterns, and technical readiness materials.
• Convert product capabilities, solution offerings, delivery methodologies, and go-to-market strategies into comprehensive learning paths, playbooks, and certifications.
• Organize hands-on labs, bootcamps, workshops, and certification programs tailored for technical field roles and partners.
• Curate and oversee reference architectures, configuration examples, technical FAQs, and other reusable technical resources.
• Facilitate technical onboarding and readiness initiatives for systems integrators and delivery partners.
• Provide insights to Engineering, Product, and Curriculum teams regarding technical obstacles, deployment challenges, support trends, and knowledge gaps.
• Align technical and functional learning pathways with the Field Enablement Lead – Functional.
• Collaborate with the Learning Management System Platform Lead to implement and monitor technical learning paths.
• Leverage live implementation and solution design engagements to enhance enablement content and delivery methods.
• Monitor enablement effectiveness using metrics such as certification and completion rates, time to productivity, deployment quality, time to go-live, support case trends, and partner performance.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions architecture, professional services, technical pre-sales, or technical enablement within the enterprise SaaS domain.
• Deep understanding of integration patterns, data flows, security measures, and enterprise IT environments.
• Experience engaging with partners and system integrators is highly preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills; capable of bridging the gap between business and technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a technical or quantitative field, such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.
• Equivalent professional experience may also be taken into account.
• Familiarity with revenue management, trade promotion management, pricing, claims and deductions, retail execution, or other commercial processes in CPG.
• Experience with XTEL or a competing revenue management or enterprise SaaS platform.
• Background in certification programs, learning management systems, or instructional design.
• Proven experience in enabling systems integrators and global delivery partners.
• Experience utilizing generative AI to enhance content creation and enablement delivery.
• Proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
• Capability to work remotely from either the United States or the European Union.
