This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate scoping sessions, validate requirements, and develop realistic project plans that align with technical constraints and client objectives.
• Oversee integration and data projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality outcomes.
• Convert intricate technical concepts into actionable, client-oriented guidance.
• Cultivate trust-based relationships with clients through transparency, dependability, and exceptional service.
• Implement and manage data imports, exports, and system integrations utilizing Absorb’s suite of technical tools.
• Support and deploy advanced integrations such as RESTful APIs, Single Sign-On, CRM/HRIS connections, and ready-to-use integration packages.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues.
• Provide clients with advice on data modeling, validation, governance, and best practices for integration design.
• Share technical knowledge during discussions related to BI and analytics.
• Mentor and assist Technical Services Specialist I team members.
• Act as a subject matter expert for complex or high-profile integration projects.
• Lead or participate in initiatives aimed at continuous improvement of processes, documentation, and client experiences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technical Support, Client Success, Engineering, and other teams to address technical and data-related challenges.
• At least 2+ years of experience in implementing integration or data solutions for a SaaS platform or similar technical role.
• Proven success in a client-facing technical position with an emphasis on communication, clarity, and setting expectations.
• Strong grasp of data models, validation, transformation, and concepts related to system-to-system integration.
• Ability to analyze and interpret complex business requirements into clear technical strategies and recommendations.
• Demonstrated capability to manage multiple projects while upholding high standards of documentation and service.
• Comfortable working autonomously while effectively collaborating with various teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents.
• Preferred experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, and similar operational tools.
• Preferred experience working with APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and SQL.
• Preferred familiarity with common CRM and HRIS connectors, including Salesforce, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, and Workday.
• Preferred exposure to BI tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, or Snowflake.
• Proficiency in a second language (French or Spanish) is a plus.
• Candidates must successfully complete pre-employment background screening, including a criminal record check.
