This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Facilitate scoping sessions, validate requirements, and develop feasible project plans that align with technical realities and client objectives.
• Oversee integration and data projects from start to finish, ensuring prompt and high-quality delivery.
• Convert intricate technical concepts into actionable, client-friendly advice.
• Establish trust-based relationships with clients through transparency, dependability, and excellence in service.
• Execute and maintain data imports, exports, and system integrations utilizing Absorb’s technical toolkit.
• Support and deploy advanced integrations such as RESTful APIs, Single Sign On, CRM/HRIS connections, and turnkey integration solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve data-related issues while advising clients on data modeling, validation, governance, and integration design.
• Provide technical insights during BI and analytics discussions concerning learning data.
• Mentor and guide Technical Services Specialist I team members through knowledge-sharing, best practices, and technical advice.
• Act as a subject matter expert for intricate or high-visibility integration projects.
• Lead or assist in continuous improvement initiatives related to processes, documentation, and client experience.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Technical Support, Client Success, Engineering, and other teams to address technical and data-related challenges.
• At least 2+ years of experience in implementing integration or data solutions for a SaaS platform or in a similar technical role.
• Proven track record in a client-facing technical position emphasizing communication, clarity, and setting expectations.
• Strong grasp of data models, validation, transformation, and system-to-system integration concepts.
• Capability to convert complex business requirements into straightforward technical strategies and recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects while upholding high standards of documentation and service.
• Comfortable working autonomously while effectively collaborating across teams.
• Familiarity with AI tools and agents.
• Preferred: experience with Zendesk, JIRA, Confluence, and associated operational tools.
• Preferred: experience with APIs, SSO (SAML/OAuth/OIDC), and SQL.
• Preferred: knowledge of CRM and HRIS connectors such as Salesforce, ADP, UKG Pro, BambooHR, Dayforce, and Workday.
• Preferred: exposure to BI tools such as PowerBI, Sisense, or Snowflake.
• Knowledge of a second language (French or Spanish) is a plus.
• Must provide proof of legal eligibility to work in the country applied to without sponsorship.
