This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Acquire and maintain comprehensive knowledge of impact.com products, platform functionalities, enhancements, and pertinent industry trends.
• Assist in the design, implementation, management, troubleshooting, optimization, and upkeep of technical integrations for both new and existing clients.
• Collaborate with Onboarding, Customer Success, Product, Engineering, Solutions, and various internal teams.
• Provide a smooth onboarding experience and robust post-launch support.
• Take ownership of client technical issues from start to finish, including investigation, root cause analysis, resolution, and communication.
• Organize and prioritize incoming technical requests using ticketing systems.
• Recognize recurring issues and convey trends, risks, and insights to management and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, integration guides, training materials, and help content.
• Identify, define, and assist in the creation of internal tools or reports to enhance troubleshooting workflows.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in a technology-oriented role within a digital marketing or tech-driven company, ideally in a customer-facing position.
• Strong grasp of designing, implementing, and supporting client solutions on SaaS platforms.
• Proficient with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, REST APIs, FTP, and related tools.
• Capability to analyze logs and data to troubleshoot issues, including writing SQL queries when necessary.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing or the broader digital marketing landscape is advantageous.
• Exceptional problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to elucidate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• A self-starter attitude, curiosity, and a commitment to ongoing learning and process improvement.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
