
Technical Service Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Act as a subject matter expert in pest control methodologies for designated market segments and business lines.
• Create and assist in the implementation of service delivery protocols and processes.
• Evaluate service performance against KPIs and collaborate with Operations leaders, National Accounts, and Sales to troubleshoot issues.
• Conduct site assessments to determine the underlying causes of pest infestations.
• Formulate and aid in the execution of corrective action plans.
• Work alongside Technical Account Managers and National Account Managers to address actions and recommendations.
• Mentor and develop Branch leaders in pest management expertise and the growth of technician and sales team members.
• Establish SMART goals and oversee the implementation of action plans.
• Enhance technical protocols and service delivery processes.
• Identify and propose improvements in personnel, processes, and technology projects.
• Offer insights on technical standards and standard operating procedures.
• Support and advise sales teams in acquiring business and enhancing customer experience.
• Engage in trade associations, conferences, and symposiums.
• Create publications and presentations for sales and marketing efforts.
• At least 5 years of relevant structural pest management experience is required.
• Over 2 years of field experience in structural pest management.
• A minimum of 1 year of management experience is necessary.
• A four-year college degree in biological science, preferably in entomology or related fields, is preferred but not mandatory.
• Board Certified Entomologist (BCE) or Associate Certified Entomologist (ACE) is preferred.
• Proficient project management skills are essential.
• Strong change management capabilities are required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to deliver formal presentations.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical abilities.
• Outstanding leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Capability to troubleshoot issues in a diverse and challenging environment.
• A valid driver's license from the state of residence is required.
• Willingness to travel within the US for 50–75% of the time during the workweek.
