Technical SEO, GEO Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of technical SEO for replika.com, focusing on aspects like crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and internal linking.

• Manage App Store and Google Play ASO, which includes titles, subtitles, keyword fields, short descriptions, screenshots, preview videos, custom product pages, in-app events, listing experiments, and ratings.

• Evaluate app store listings and maintain successful strategies.

• Navigate App Review and Google Play guidelines to expand reach while ensuring safe releases.

• Oversee GEO initiatives to ensure Replika is cited and recommended by ChatGPT, Gemini, and Google's AI Overviews.

• Monitor AI citations and descriptions, identify source materials, and enhance Replika's pages, structured data, comparison lists, reviews, and community discussions.

• Collaborate with the content writer to plan and launch feature and comparison pages.

• Assess the performance of new pages.

• Establish the monthly roadmap, prioritize tasks, implement changes, and report on outcomes.

• Aim to increase organic revenue by 2% each month through June 2027, sustaining compounding growth.

⛳️ Requirements

• Hands-on SEO experience with a consumer product, showcasing measurable results in traffic and revenue.

• Strong technical SEO capabilities, including crawling, indexing, site speed, structured data, and internal linking.

• Proficient in reading a crawl, fixing templates, and making changes in the CMS or codebase independently.

• Demonstrated GEO success, including enhancing how frequently a brand is mentioned and recommended in AI responses.

• Proven ASO achievements on both the App Store and Google Play, covering keyword and metadata optimization, ranking and install growth, and listing tests that boosted conversion rates.

• Experience with multiple localizations is preferred for ASO outcomes.

• Familiarity with Search Console, analytics, App Store Connect, Play Console, and an ASO tool like AppTweak.

• Capability to generate independent reports.

• Ability to develop and execute strategies autonomously.

• Exceptional written English skills.

• Willingness to work during CET hours.
