This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Latin America.

📋 Description

• Perform hands-on technical SEO implementation on WordPress websites, encompassing canonical structures, on-page signals, internal linking, structured data, crawlability, and indexation.

• Create and execute strategies for backlinking, content enhancement, and authority building to drive organic search growth.

• Formulate and implement GEO and AI Search strategies to enhance visibility, relevance, and citations across platforms like Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity.

• Design and manage A/B testing and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) initiatives to boost conversion results.

• Collaborate with UI, content, and web development teams to embed SEO and AI Search best practices.

• Assess site health, Core Web Vitals, technical performance, and organic/AI search visibility.

• Clearly communicate status updates.

• Gradually take ownership of the SEO strategy.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced English proficiency (C1+).

• Demonstrated expertise in technical SEO practices, including canonical structures, on-page optimization, internal linking, structured data, technical audits, and backlink strategies.

• Preferred experience with GEO, AI Search, LLM SEO, or optimization for AI-driven search experiences.

• Familiarity with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization methodologies.

• Practical knowledge of WordPress and Cloudflare technical configurations.

• Proficiency in using Google Search Console, GA4, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, Semrush, and/or similar SEO tools.

• Capability to work independently alongside web development, content, and design teams.

• Experience with Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity is advantageous.

• Candidates must be located in LATAM.
