This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Collaborate with clients and potential customers to showcase portfolio solutions within the financial services sector.
• Represent Confluence's array of solutions to business users at the C-Level.
• Aid in lead qualification and perform technical product demonstrations that align with customer objectives.
• Illustrate the value of Confluence's products and services through effective solution selling.
• Engage with global asset managers, asset owners, service providers, and allocators to identify, define, and implement product portfolio solutions.
• Serve as the technical authority on Confluence's portfolio of products and services.
• Collaborate with Enterprise Sales Directors on project strategies from initial identification to proof of concept and closure.
• Define the scope of pre-sales meetings and follow-up activities, including proofs of concept and product and technical discussions.
• Deliver product feature and benefit training to enhance the sales team's knowledge and skills.
• Assist in the creation of product presentations and remain updated on industry trends.
• Utilize Salesforce.com to document insights from meetings, calls, and emails to aid in forecasting and managing the sales pipeline.
• Cultivate a comprehensive understanding of clients, prospects, and their specific requirements.
• Act as a trusted advisor to both prospects and clients.
• Collaborate with internal product teams to share market insights and drive product improvements.
• Represent Confluence at industry events.
• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or equivalent industry experience (Financial Mathematics, Computational Science, or Financial Engineering).
• Over 5 years of pre-sales experience, including expertise in software solutions.
• Experience in the performance, attribution, and risk segments of the financial services industry.
• Relevant experience in servicing the financial sector or working at a sell-side or buy-side firm.
• Identity verification and satisfactory background checks are mandatory prior to employment commencement.
