Technical Sales Representative – Floor Coatings

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Position Sika as an organization that delivers high-quality products and exceptional service.

• Adopt an architectural and owner-centric approach while considering regional sales initiatives.

• Achieve sales, pricing, and discount objectives.

• Create sales strategies and plans for architectural markets, owners, and contractors.

• Oversee sales and service efforts for Sika’s floor coating products.

• Execute additional related responsibilities as needed.

• Operate under the guidance of the Regional Sales Manager.

⛳️ Requirements

• A university or college degree in business administration, a technical discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.

• At least 5 years of technical sales experience.

• Bilingual in French and English to enhance communication with team members outside Quebec (60% of the time) and with international colleagues.

• Strong verbal and written communication capabilities.

• Exemplary organizational, time-management, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

• Capacity to perform under pressure and prioritize urgent matters.

• A strong orientation towards teamwork.

• Exceptional negotiation skills.

• A valid driver’s license.

• Adhere to the stipulations of Sika’s Fleet Safety Policy.
