This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of and oversee 5–10 enterprise customer relationships from a technical standpoint.

• Serve as a trusted advisor regarding platform utilization, integration best practices, and architectural choices.

• Convert intricate customer requirements into practical feature requests and affect the product roadmap.

• Align business requirements with product functionalities and encourage proactive adoption.

• Manage technical escalations in collaboration with solution engineering, support, and product teams.

• Facilitate technical quarterly business reviews, integration assessments, and roadmap alignment workshops.

• Track platform performance, usage statistics, and KPIs, providing recommendations for enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in enterprise e-commerce, SaaS platforms, or digital consulting.

• Demonstrated experience in technical customer-facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Senior Consultant.

• Comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce architectures, including Storefronts, APIs, OMS, PIM, CMS, and ERP integrations.

• Acquainted with headless commerce and MACH principles (Microservices, API-first, Cloud-native).

• Proficient in interpreting architecture diagrams and API documentation.

• Experience with REST, GraphQL, and webhooks.

• Familiarity with platform migrations, pre-/post-sales consulting, and knowledge of SCAYLE, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, CommerceTools, SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris), or Shopify Plus is a plus.
