This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish, nurture, and expand customer accounts to drive business growth.
• Ensure that customer requirements and performance objectives of the business plan are fulfilled from project initiation to completion.
• Cultivate and sustain long-term relationships with current clients.
• Identify and develop new customers and project opportunities within a designated sales territory.
• Assess potential opportunities in relation to business plans and customer needs.
• Spot market opportunities for new products and services that align with customer requirements and Tindall’s profitability goals.
• Meet targeted revenue objectives.
• Collaborate with the Sales Manager on planned margin offerings.
• Ensure that proposals accurately reflect offerings, terms, pricing, and related conditions.
• Track and report monthly market trends and competitive activities.
• Execute monthly regional marketing activities, which include lunch and learns, trade shows, and sales presentations.
• Develop design-build and negotiated projects in collaboration with Owners, Architects, and/or General Contractors.
• Maintain and report on monthly project activities using Tindall CRM.
• Represent Tindall during bid days for hard-bid offerings on a bi-monthly basis.
• Ensure all documentation is complete prior to transitioning project management activities to the designated Project Manager.
• Communicate with relevant stakeholders to ensure clarity of proposal offerings.
• Maintain regular contact with employees, management, customers, federal/state agencies, and vendors.
• A 4-year degree in Construction Management, Business, or a related field is required.
• A minimum of 5 years of industry experience is necessary.
• 5 to 7+ years of prior or related experience is essential.
• Frequent travel, including overnight stays, is required.
• Adherence to all Safety and Quality rules and processes is mandatory.
