This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver technical sales support in the field for spray systems, valve products, and valve automation product lines.
• Identify and generate new sales opportunities and leads.
• Build and sustain professional business relationships with both new and existing customers.
• Provide service to current customers while supporting growth in new territories.
• Visit clients to assess their needs, review products and applications, and suggest tailored solutions.
• Oversee CRM activities.
• Engage in collaborative calls with management, suppliers, and representatives from other divisions.
• Commit to ongoing learning through supplier, factory, and virtual engagements.
• Achieve or surpass territory sales and profitability goals.
• Ensure overall customer satisfaction.
• A post-secondary degree or diploma in a technical discipline.
• Strong technical aptitude with a general grasp of industrial processes.
• A proactive, hunter mentality.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building and nurturing customer relationships.
• Outstanding time management, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Advanced computer proficiency, particularly with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and Word.
• Strong presentation skills and experience in creating professional PowerPoint presentations.
• A valid driver’s license.

• Familiarity with industry products, systems, and applications.
• Understanding of ERP and CRM software systems.

• Willingness to travel daily to customer and supplier locations, approximately 60–75% of the time.
• Ability to travel long distances and stay overnight as needed, approximately 10% of the time.
• Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally.
