This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Cultivate relationships with builders, dealers, distributors, architects, developers, general contractors, and other crucial industry partners.
• Support various sales channels, including direct retail, distribution, dealer networks, and turnkey building providers.
• Operate within a brand-agnostic environment, aiding multiple product lines and market routes.
• Provide training to customers on technology platforms, product details, and processes throughout the sales and building phases.
• Manage video training and product manuals to address challenges and issues on-site.
• Assist customers in understanding metal building systems, product applications, and installation procedures.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities across diverse customer segments and markets.
• Collaborate with customer service, operations, engineering, and sales leadership teams.
• Support customers with systems, processes, project coordination, and product selection.
• Drive business development initiatives to enhance the adoption of light gauge steel building solutions.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve issues, and manage customer expectations effectively.
• Establish credibility through communication, product knowledge, responsiveness, and relationship management.
• Visit job sites for key first-time customers and installers to ensure inventory management, structural compliance, and installation procedures are followed.
• Occasionally travel to customer locations or tradeshows for on-site support.
• Bachelor's degree with 3 years of equivalent experience in the Construction Industry.
• 2 years of experience in steel building design and/or erection.
• Proven track record of developing a comprehensive understanding of customer and market needs.
• Self-motivated individual who can prioritize, manage multiple projects, and work autonomously.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, CRM systems, and other ERP order software.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Occasional lifting of product samples, literature, or training materials weighing up to 25 lbs.
• Proactive team player with a customer-centric approach.
• Must be at least 18 years of age to apply.
