Technical Reviewer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Assess and verify technical reports, audit results, and inspection documents to guarantee their accuracy, completeness, and compliance with relevant standards and client specifications.

• Review corrective actions provided by clients or facilities in response to nonconformities found during audits or inspections, confirming their adequacy, completeness, and timely execution.

• Detect and highlight discrepancies, incomplete information, or findings that do not conform to report standards, collaborating with auditors and field teams to implement necessary corrections.

• Ensure the timely delivery of all reports by monitoring review queues and prioritizing tasks based on business requirements.

• Remain informed about standards, regulations, and QIMA’s internal processes pertinent to the service lines being evaluated.

• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying trends in errors and corrective actions, while also providing feedback to operational teams.

• Bachelor’s degree in Bioscience, Food Engineering, Biology, or a related discipline.

• Proficiency in English is mandatory.

• Minimum of two years of experience in the food industry.

• Exceptional organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.

• Strong communication and interpersonal competencies.

• Proactive mindset with a sense of urgency.

• Strong analytical abilities.
