Maps Personalization Quality Reviewer, Japanese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Japan.

📋 Description

• Evaluate rater worksheets to ensure compliance with formatting standards.

• Confirm that responses are logically sound and correspond with the given scenarios.

• Analyze ratings and rationales for accuracy, consistency, and thoroughness.

• Ensure that necessary screenshots, retrievals, and evidence of personalization adhere to project requirements.

• Deliver clear, concise, and actionable feedback; request amendments when necessary.

• Identify ambiguous cases, systemic issues, or gaps in guidelines to notify the project team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be residing in Japan and possess the right to work there.

• A current, actively used **Gmail account** is required.

• Demonstrated experience in Quality Audit/QA review (content evaluation, relevance, or similar fields).

• Understanding of maps/local search user experiences and concepts of personalization.

• Strong skills in using spreadsheets (Google Sheets or similar applications).

• Exceptional attention to detail and consistent adherence to guidelines.

• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and provide constructive feedback.
