Audio Transcription Reviewer, Annotator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Carefully listen to short audio clips in English (US)

• Validate and amend word-level timestamp and segment boundaries produced by an automated system

• Review and adjust spoken-form transcriptions in accordance with a comprehensive style guide

• Identify and flag ambiguous or unclear audio segments for further review

• Ensure consistency and accuracy throughout assigned batches

• Contribute to an English (US) speech data annotation initiative

• Expertise in US culture and strong listening comprehension in English

• Previous experience in transcription, annotation, or data labeling is preferred

• Ability to adhere to detailed style guides and annotation guidelines

• Strong attention to detail, particularly regarding timestamp and boundary precision

• Reliable internet access
