Technical Representative, Altra Running

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Conduct product training sessions for retail staff both in-store and outdoors.

• Serve as the regional product authority and primary liaison between Altra, sales representatives, and retail accounts.

• Provide valuable insights from the field.

• Cultivate relationships with retail partners and assist store teams.

• Ensure a high standard of in-store brand presentation through effective merchandising and POS execution.

• Plan and represent Altra at events such as trade shows, store openings, and customer gatherings.

• Drive community engagement initiatives and support local brand ambassadors.

• Prepare reports and presentations.

• Oversee budget management.

• Occasionally assist the sales representative with order management.

⛳️ Requirements

• Background in retail, field support, or technical representation, preferably in the running or outdoor sector.

• Strong enthusiasm for running and extensive knowledge of running footwear.

• Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.

• Self-driven, well-organized, and capable of working autonomously.

• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Valid driver's license required.

• Native or fluent in Polish and German.

• Proficiency in English is an advantage.
