Technical Recruiter, Software – Air Dominance and Strike

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Act as a trusted advisor for intricate hiring initiatives within the Air Dominance and Strike division.

• Create and refine recruiting strategies utilizing prospecting techniques, tools, and automation.

• Enhance candidate management and data extraction processes.

• Collaborate with the talent acquisition team, hiring managers, and senior leadership to improve recruitment strategies and processes.

• Lead impactful and complex hiring projects.

• Provide guidance on workforce planning through regular strategic updates and business reviews.

• Utilize Greenhouse, LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, and email to engage passive candidates and conduct initial interviews.

• Develop talent maps and utilize market intelligence to adjust hiring strategies.

• Represent Anduril’s brand both internally and externally, effectively communicating its value proposition.

• Promote recruitment best practices while enhancing candidate experience, process efficiency, and quality.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• Over 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in executive search and divisional hiring.

• Proven capability to simplify complex information and drive a data-driven narrative.

• Demonstrated leadership in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with an emphasis on strategic stakeholder alignment.

• Strong skills in cross-functional collaboration and a history of influencing organizational best practices.

• Extensive knowledge of recruitment technology and a passion for innovating processes to meet creative and effective talent acquisition goals.

• Must be eligible to obtain and maintain a DoD Security Clearance.

• Preferred: experience in startups, technology, and relevant software domains such as Autonomous Vehicles, Aerospace, and Robotics.

• Preferred: ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

• Preferred: flexible and solution-oriented approach to troubleshooting.
