Technical Recruiter, R&D – AI

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Manage the complete recruitment process for R&D positions, from initial intake to the offer stage.

• Execute high-quality sourcing and thorough technical evaluations.

• Collaborate with fellow R&D recruiters to distribute and manage the requisition workload.

• Recruit for positions that support AI initiatives and create effective sourcing strategies.

• Utilize recruitment metrics and market insights to guide hiring managers regarding pipeline health, talent availability, and competitive positioning.

• Create multi-channel sourcing strategies targeting passive talent within specialized technical and AI communities.

• Facilitate calibration meetings with hiring managers to refine job requirements, establish interview standards, and align candidate profiles.

• Identify and address bottlenecks in the recruitment funnel.

• Represent Addepar's mission and technical challenges to potential R&D candidates.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruitment for complex R&D roles within a fast-paced, scaling environment.

• Experience in recruiting for AI/ML positions or the ability to swiftly understand that talent market and its sourcing channels.

• Capability to work effectively as part of a small team covering a shared territory.

• Proactive communication and collaboration with recruitment counterparts.

• Ability to adapt communication style and influence hiring manager decisions using data.

• Proficiency in compensation benchmarking.

• Skill in translating complex technical work into an engaging candidate narrative.

• Comfort with ambiguity and a metrics-driven approach.

• Dedication to providing a transparent and high-touch candidate experience.

• Legally authorized to work in the United States for any employer without current or future visa sponsorship.

• Eligible to start work in the U.S. on the first day of employment.
