This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Recruit, interview, evaluate, conduct reference checks, and place contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire Client-Facing Employees in accordance with client specifications.
• Build a workforce of contract employees through various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, GDH’s internal database, advertisements, career fairs, online relationships, and other sources.
• Conduct interviews with candidates in person, as well as via Skype or telephone.
• Establish target pay rates and negotiate compensation and employment terms for candidates, including future pay adjustments.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
• Oversee Client-Facing Employees during their assignments, which includes performance monitoring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and termination on behalf of the client.
• Communicate with clients regarding job orders, candidate submissions, and various candidate-related issues.
• Address and resolve complaints from Client-Facing Employees and/or clients.
• Take part in team meetings.
• Assist Account Executives in client development efforts.
• Provide leads to Account Executives.
• Organize client events whenever feasible.
• Engage in networking groups and participate in business and community initiatives.
• Cultivate an understanding of the division, its core competencies/skill sets, and the company as a whole.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager.
• Proficient in computer use and capable of effectively utilizing ATS, the Internet, and navigating various websites/systems.

• Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably in a staffing context; or an equivalent combination of education and training.
• Full-time availability from Monday to Friday, with hours between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Evening and weekend work may be necessary as job responsibilities require.
• Travel may be necessary based on recruiting needs, but is not expected to exceed 15%.
