This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of intricate technical and product searches from the initial intake to closing, including specialized, emerging, and confidential positions.
• Collaborate with recruiting leadership on executive search initiatives.
• Develop sourcing strategies through market mapping, competitive analysis, and targeted outreach campaigns.
• Oversee multiple high-complexity searches while ensuring pipeline momentum and an excellent candidate experience.
• Provide guidance on compensation and offer strategies, successfully closing candidates in competitive markets.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders in engineering, data, and product domains.
• Define role scope, levels, interview formats, and hiring strategies.
• Lead intake and calibration sessions to set the hiring benchmarks.
• Utilize market data to recalibrate expectations when searches stall and offer insights into hiring health.
• Influence headcount planning and role definition by considering market conditions, compensation, and organizational context.
• Analyze funnel, pipeline, and time-to-fill metrics to identify challenges and refine strategies.
• Conduct root-cause analyses and provide recommendations while independently determining search strategies, processes, and stakeholder engagement.
• Experiment with and implement AI across sourcing, screening, outreach, and scheduling processes.
• Identify areas where AI can enhance hiring quality and efficiency while maintaining human oversight.
• Create reusable playbooks, market intelligence resources, and best practices for recruiting.
• Mentor recruiters and sourcers in sourcing, stakeholder management, and closing techniques.
• Share candidate information, insights, and pipelines within the team.
• Establish standards for collaboration, adaptability, and effective execution.
• At least 8 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience, including senior and staff-level individual contributor hiring in a rapidly growing technology company.
• Expertise across engineering, data, machine learning, product, and design, with the ability to engage senior candidates credibly.
• Proven ability to independently develop approaches for searches where the role, standards, or market are not clearly defined.
• Strong strategic sourcing capabilities: market mapping, talent intelligence, and proactive outreach that builds pipelines without reliance on inbound or agency sources.
• Proficiency with recruiting data and tools such as Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ModernLoop or similar platforms.
• Capability to create your own insights and utilize metrics to make and justify decisions.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence without formal authority, based on a solid understanding of the business being supported.
• A keen curiosity and aptitude for new technologies.
• Experience integrating AI into your workflow and the ability to articulate its impact.
