Senior Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Formulate customized sourcing strategies to attract exceptional talent in software engineering, artificial intelligence, trading, and data science/quant from high-growth technology firms, trading companies, hedge funds, and other prestigious technical organizations.

• Evaluate and screen candidates for both their technical skills and cultural alignment.

• Execute high-quality recruitment processes: manage pipeline activities, facilitate debrief sessions, and ensure a smooth candidate journey.

• Negotiate offers and secure top-tier talent in competitive environments.

• Cultivate and sustain robust relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to comprehend their requirements and timelines.

• Oversee the complete hiring cycle across engineering, hardware, AI, and quant roles.

• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to achieve Fuse's ambitious growth objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a strong emphasis on technical positions (software engineering, hardware/electronics engineering, AI, data science, or similar) in high-performance settings.

• Experience in hiring at organizations renowned for their high standards, whether in agency roles (trading firms, hedge funds, HFTs, tech) or internally at scaling tech companies.

• Demonstrated capability to identify and secure candidates with specialized, in-demand skill sets.

• Proficient in working across a variety of technical fields, not restricted to a single specialty.

• Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

• Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills at all organizational levels.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Familiarity with ATS tools, reporting, and data-driven recruitment practices.
