Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Attract and recruit specialized professionals for AI and digital transformation projects.

• Source AI Engineers, Machine Learning Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Software Engineers, Product Managers, Solutions Architects, and various other technical positions.

• Oversee the requisition initiation process in collaboration with hiring managers.

• Develop and document the Interview Game Plan.

• Provide pertinent information to team members involved in the selection process.

• Convert job descriptions into focused job advertisements.

• Manage job listings and direct sourcing through various platforms and resources.

• Assess and shortlist candidates through effective screening methods.

• Facilitate interviews in alignment with the Interview Game Plan.

• Offer regular updates and manage expectations of stakeholders.

• Coordinate job offers, negotiations, candidate onboarding, and related administrative tasks.

• Maintain ATS data and adhere to Workday and Recruiting Operations processes.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations during the recruitment and hiring processes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree plus 3 years of recruiting experience OR 5+ years of recruiting experience without a Bachelor’s degree.

• A minimum of 2 years in technical recruiting.

• Extensive experience managing a complex recruitment life cycle within an ATS, preferably Workday.

• Proven knowledge and successful application of contemporary recruitment practices and concepts.

• Experience in identifying and screening targeted talent.

• Experience overseeing dynamic interview and selection processes through to job offer acceptance.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment technologies, including LinkedIn Recruiter and other candidate-focused platforms.

• Basic understanding of emerging recruitment technologies.

• Strong skills in stakeholder management.

• High-speed internet connection of over 10 Mbps at home.

• For call center roles, ability to connect directly to a home internet router.

• Submission of a government-issued photo ID and identity verification during interviews.

• Completion of a comprehensive background check and in-person I-9 verification prior to employment.

• May be subject to drug screening before employment.

• Must refrain from using artificial intelligence tools during interviews.
