Technical Recruiter – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Spearhead the complete recruiting process across various teams within IT, Technology, and Digital sectors.

• Establish and nurture talent pipelines by analyzing the market and connecting with passive candidates prior to requisition openings.

• Oversee an average of 15–25 active requisitions simultaneously, adapting to the complexity of roles and business priorities.

• Collaborate with department leaders, HR Business Partners, and senior stakeholders to comprehend hiring requirements.

• Formulate and implement sourcing strategies utilizing ATS, CRM platforms, job boards, social media, and direct outreach.

• Ensure a superior candidate experience through prompt and considerate communication.

• Keep precise records in Workday ATS and CRM tools to ensure data integrity and reporting accuracy.

• Provide adaptable recruiting assistance to other departments and Field Talent Acquisition teams as business demands change.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a corporate setting or agency serving large enterprise clients.

• Expertise in ATS platforms, with a preference for Workday.

• Skilled with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter.

• Familiarity with CRM platforms.

• Demonstrated success in recruiting for technical and corporate positions across various functions.

• Capability to handle a high volume of requisitions while ensuring quality, efficiency, and stakeholder confidence.

• Strong competencies in sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and offer negotiations.

• Experience in engaging with executives and senior business leaders within a matrixed organization.

• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, and organizational abilities.

• Flexibility and a collaborative mindset to assist other business units as priorities evolve.
