Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Romania, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Oversee the complete hiring process for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles.

• Establish candidate profiles and pinpoint relevant talent markets.

• Proactively source candidates and create talent pipelines for challenging positions.

• Evaluate candidate suitability and facilitate prompt hiring decisions.

• Lead discussions regarding offers until acceptance is achieved.

• Provide insights to hiring managers when adjustments to profiles, search strategies, or interview procedures are necessary.

• Collaborate directly with senior leaders, including the founder.

• Contribute to the development of the technical hiring function and processes within the Talent Acquisition team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Progression from agency or hands-on sourcing roles into in-house technical recruiting with defined ownership.

• Personal experience in building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and finalizing hires.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to describe how a current or previous organization develops and releases software.

• Ownership of hiring metrics and the capability to articulate which actions influenced them.

• Proven track record of successfully navigating challenging searches, substantiating hiring decisions with data, enhancing recruitment processes, and securing tough offers.
