Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bulgaria, +3 more countries.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete hiring process for backend, frontend, and DevOps roles.

• Develop direct-sourcing strategies and proactive pipelines for challenging positions.

• Evaluate candidate suitability and ensure prompt hiring decisions.

• Facilitate offer discussions until acceptance.

• Provide hiring managers with insights when profiles, search strategies, or interview processes require adjustments.

• Collaborate directly with senior stakeholders, including the founder.

• Influence the approach to technical hiring within the Talent Acquisition team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience transitioning from agency or hands-on sourcing to in-house technical recruiting with a clear sense of ownership.

• Personal background in building pipelines, evaluating candidates, managing stakeholder relationships, and finalizing hires.

• Sufficient technical knowledge to articulate how a current or previous organization develops and deploys software.

• Accountability for hiring outcomes and a transparent account of actions that influenced these results.

• Proven track record in overcoming challenging searches, questioning hiring decisions with supporting evidence, enhancing recruitment processes, and successfully closing difficult offers.
