This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the complete recruiting cycle for technical positions, collaborating closely with hiring managers from intake to offer stage.
• Identify and engage both active and passive candidates using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, employee referrals, and specialized technical communities.
• Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to evaluate candidates’ technical compatibility and experience.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to create job descriptions, establish interview panels, and define evaluation criteria.
• Organize and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and ensure the recruitment process proceeds smoothly.
• Present verbal offers and work alongside the Onboarding Specialist on offer letters and necessary paperwork.
• Keep precise candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Develop and sustain a pipeline of qualified technical talent, focusing on senior network, infrastructure, and security engineers and architects.
• Provide a positive and professional experience for all candidates.
• Minimum of 3 years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in a technology, IT services, or managed services setting.
• Demonstrated success in recruiting for senior or specialized engineering/architecture positions is strongly preferred.
• Excellent sourcing capabilities (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, niche communities).
• Comprehensive understanding of network engineering, infrastructure, and security terminology.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities with both hiring managers and candidates.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Good judgment in managing confidential candidate and compensation information.
• Capacity to work independently in a remote setting.
• Familiarity with an ATS and standard recruiting/sourcing tools; Greenhouse is the platform in use.
• Basic knowledge of U.S. employment law and hiring compliance.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and video conferencing tools.
• Must reside in the U.S. and possess authorization to work without sponsorship.
