This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Over 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• Strong understanding of technical roles and the associated technology stack requirements.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven success in securing technical candidates.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: PHR certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual skills.

• Availability mainly during US business hours, Monday to Friday; some clients may operate during unconventional hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
