⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• A strong grasp of technical roles and the requirements of technology stacks.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proven success in securing technical candidates.

• Proficiency in one or more of the following: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification; Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC); recruitment marketing; programming languages and technical frameworks; Boolean search techniques; technology or software development; remote hiring and virtual interviewing; multi-lingual capabilities.

• Availability primarily during US business hours, Monday to Friday, with some clients having atypical business hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset equipped with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
