Technical Recruiter

• Assist in recruitment specializations such as software development, DevOps/cloud engineering, data science/AI, cybersecurity, mobile development, blockchain/Web3, gaming, and enterprise software.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• A solid understanding of technical roles and the technology stack associated with them.

• Proficiency with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record of successfully closing technical candidates.

• Familiarity with one or more of the following: Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual skills.

• Availability primarily during US business hours, Monday to Friday, with some client schedules requiring flexibility for unusual hours.

• A computer equipped with at least 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
