• Collaborate with clients through Magic.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• A strong understanding of technical roles and the associated technology stack requirements.

• Familiarity with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven success in closing technical candidates.

• Proficiency in one or more areas: PHR certification, TRC certification, recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual abilities.

• Availability that generally aligns with US business hours, Monday to Friday, although some clients may operate outside of typical hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset equipped with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and a webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
