This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in technical recruitment.

• Strong knowledge of technical roles and technology stack requirements.

• Experience with modern recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Proven track record in successfully closing technical candidates.

• Proficient in one or more of the following: PHR certification, Technical Recruiter Certification (TRC), recruitment marketing, programming languages and technical frameworks, Boolean search techniques, technology or software development, remote hiring and virtual interviewing, or multilingual skills.

• Availability typically during US business hours, Monday to Friday, although some clients may require unusual hours.

• A computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM and an Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5 processor or better.

• Internet speed of at least 40MBPS.

• A headset with an extended noise-cancelling microphone and webcam.

• A backup computer and internet connection.

• A quiet, dedicated workspace at home.
