This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in District of Columbia, +1 more state.
• Identify, recruit, evaluate, reference check, interview, assess, and place employees for contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire positions who will interact with clients.
• Expand the contract workforce through various channels including job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, advertisements, career fairs, online relationships, and additional resources.
• Conduct interviews with candidates in person, via Skype, or over the phone.
• Establish target pay rates and negotiate compensation along with employment terms, including future pay modifications.
• Prepare candidates for interviews with clients.
• Oversee the performance of client-facing employees during their assignments, which includes performance monitoring, coaching, counseling, disciplinary actions, and terminations on behalf of clients.
• Engage in communication with clients concerning job orders, candidate submissions, and other relevant topics.
• Address complaints from client-facing employees and clients.
• Take part in team meetings.
• Support Account Executives in client development and offer leads.
• Organize client events whenever feasible.
• Participate in networking groups as well as business and community programs.
• Cultivate knowledge of the division, its core competencies, skill sets, and the organization as a whole.
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
• Proficiency in computer applications with the ability to effectively use ATS and navigate various websites and systems.
• Capability to initiate cold calls to potential candidates.

• A Bachelor’s degree along with 1+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within a staffing agency; or a suitable combination of education and training.
• Availability from Monday to Friday between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends as job responsibilities require.
• Some travel may be necessary, not exceeding 15% of the time.
