Technical Recruiter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Foster enthusiasm for FlexTrades’ traveling manufacturing trade roles, such as CNC Machinists, Engineers, Welders, Maintenance Technicians, and Assemblers/Builders.

• Conduct interviews, screen, and present qualified candidates for skilled manufacturing job vacancies at client locations across the country.

• Execute over 300 outbound recruiting calls, texts, and emails weekly to establish a robust candidate pipeline.

• Aim to meet or exceed 10 hours of recruiting phone time each week.

• Identify candidate needs by analyzing job descriptions, qualifications, and technical notes.

• Utilize recruiting software to organize candidate and employee data and effectively fulfill recruiting requests.

• Leverage job boards and online resources to source and attract candidates for placement.

• Respond to inquiries from skilled industrial candidates and employees regarding FlexTrades opportunities.

• Assign and assess skill, character, and reference evaluations.

• Sustain employee relationships through polite phone customer service and prompt issue reporting.

• Achieve or surpass weekly activity and output targets.

• Carry out basic administrative responsibilities related to recruiting and deployment.

• Serve as a champion of FlexTrades Core Values.

• Perform any additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of proven, effective, direct, and recent recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.

• Required experience in agency recruiting within a travel-based or project-oriented workforce model.

• Must have experience working in a fully remote environment.

• Proven ability to meet high standards for weekly metrics and/or key performance indicators.

• Familiarity with Application Tracking Systems (ATS), MS Word, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams is essential.

• A strong desire and willingness to acquire new skills.

• Capability to maintain excellent organizational skills in a fast-paced atmosphere.

• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.

• Exceptional customer service skills.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Availability to work occasional nights and weekends during large-scale worker deployments or significant order backlogs.

• Experience with Bullhorn One ATS is preferred.
