Technical Project Manager – VTEX

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Plan and oversee enterprise Digital Commerce initiatives, managing scope, timelines, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

• Act as the main liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and various involved departments.

• Manage scope, priorities, and expectations while leading negotiations with stakeholders.

• Facilitate development ceremonies and processes using Scrum and agile methodologies.

• Organize work plans, monitor delivery progress, and ensure transparency regarding status, risks, and upcoming steps.

• Convert business requirements into actionable guidance for technical teams.

• Engage in defining and reviewing solution architectures.

• Lead technical discussions concerning integration architectures and data flows among VTEX, ERPs, CRMs, OMSs, payment systems, logistics platforms, marketplaces, and other enterprise systems.

• Collaborate with architects, developers, and specialists to assess technical alternatives and support solution decisions.

• Ensure alignment between architecture, agreed-upon scope, and business goals.

• Proactively identify technical or functional risks that could affect timelines, scope, or quality.

• Organize and conduct workshops, technical refinement sessions, discovery meetings, and architecture alignment discussions.

• Create demonstration scripts.

• Lead demos, executive presentations, and progress review meetings with clients, leaders, and executives.

• Clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and planning abilities.

• Demonstrated experience in managing and leading enterprise projects.

• Practical experience with Scrum and agile methodologies.

• Proficient in managing scope, risks, dependencies, and negotiations with stakeholders.

• Experience with both B2C and B2B e-commerce projects.

• Fluent in English, capable of leading meetings, presentations, and technical discussions.

• Advanced technical knowledge of the VTEX platform along with its key components and capabilities.

• Strong technical knowledge for developing, discussing, and validating solution architectures.

• Familiarity with integration architectures that connect e-commerce platforms and enterprise systems.

• Ability to comprehend APIs, integrations, events, data flows, and inter-system dependencies.

• Experience in leading technical meetings with architects, developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders.

• Proficient in creating executive materials and presenting solutions, deliverables, and decisions to leadership audiences.
